How to use the Take Five® Facial Cleanser:

1. Wash your hands thoroughly with lukewarm water. This is going to ensure that you're not transferring dirt and bacteria onto your face.
2. Apply lukewarm water onto your face. This will allow the cleanser to create the rich, foamy lather.
3. Dispense half a pump of the cleanser onto wet hands, and gently apply to your skin in a circular motion for 1-2 minutes. You don't need to apply abrasively. Apply it gently, and let the cleanser do the hard work.
4. After 1-2 minutes, rinse away thoroughly with lukewarm water.
5. Finally, pat dry with a clean towel, and apply the moisturiser of your choice.

One bottle can last anywhere between 4-7 months, depending on how much and how often it is used.

I recommend using once or twice a day - Once in the morning and once in the evening.

Normal skin is relatively balanced - It is neither too dry nor too oily.

Combination skin includes areas of the skin that are both dry and oily. The T-zone (forehead, nose & chin) tends to be oily, whilst the cheeks are either dry or normal.

Combination skin is the most common skin type for men. Men's skin is typically thicker than women's. Also, men generally tend to secrete more sebum due to having more sebaceous glands, and this can lead to an oilier T-zone.
