Shipping policy
We use Royal Mail Tracked 24 & 48 to ship all UK orders. Delivery times may vary, so please allow 2-7 working days for your parcel to arrive.
A UK parcel will only be considered lost after 21 days from dispatch.
International orders are shipped via Royal Mail Tracked Standard - Please allow up to 30 days for delivery.
Customs Fees (Including Duty)
For international orders, you are responsible for any applicable import duties, taxes and customs fees.
Please ensure that any customs charges are paid promptly to avoid your parcel being returned to us. If an order is returned to us because applicable customs charges were not paid, any return shipping or related costs may be deducted from your refund where applicable.
An international parcel is only considered lost after 30 days from dispatch.
Returned to Sender
If an order is returned to Clear For Men because an incorrect or incomplete shipping address was provided by the customer:
- The original shipping fee is non-refundable.
- The customer is responsible for providing an accurate and up-to-date shipping address.
- Clear For Men is not responsible for delays or additional costs resulting from incorrect or incomplete address information.
