What does 'Take Five' mean?
Mental health is an ever-growing problem and the fact that suicide is the largest killer in men under the age of 45 is a serious concern and we must do something in order to tackle this crisis. Most men think that if they talk about their problems then they are going to "appear weak", and that is simply not true. With COVID, the cost of living crisis and the constant negativity that we see on the news, it's no wonder why people find it difficult to be positive. On top of that, the days can become monotonous and you might find that you never have a minute to yourself.
