Why Did I Start A Skincare Brand Centred Around Men's Mental Health?
It all started back in 2021, when I was suffering significantly with my mental health. The lockdowns in 2021 were the first time that I actually realised and acknowledged that I was suffering from anxiety.
I knew that I wasn't the only one who felt this way and I was very much aware of the ever-growing problem that is men's mental health and I wanted to do everything that I could to help break the stigma. No one deserves to go through life thinking that they're alone with how they feel.
I've always been a massive fan of my skincare routine because I feel as though it allows me to pause, switch off and focus on myself in the moment.
I'm a true believer that skincare is self-care and it was at this moment that I realised that I wanted to create Clear For Men - a quality skincare brand that cares, gives back and reminds men that it's so important to prioritise their well-being. It's the reason as to why I decided to name my Invigorating Facial Cleanser 'Take Five' - to give men a reason to Take Five for themselves and to be present in the moment through their skincare routine.
I'm honestly so proud of the journey that I've been on with Clear For Men and I cannot wait to see what the future brings for my small business 🫶
